What is the variation of gm with temperature?

i need also the samething fo Vth and mobility.

You can plot these using parametric analysis and dc operating points analysis

i got the simulation results but i am trying to find a theoritical explaination to it.
so plz i need how the temp. affect the gm and Vth and mobility and why if possible and with curves would be great
kwkam i meant for MOS.
