Sim_pres

What is the use of sim_pres pin which is there in wavecom Q24+, Q2686 modules

A) How it is working?

B) How it can be included in the design?

Re: Sim_pres

Hi..

SIM_PRES is SIM card detection.

1) When this pin is not used, tied it to 2V8 through a pull-up resistor.

2) When it i used, a rising edge means that the SIM card is detected whereas a falling edge means that the SIM card is removed.
