parasitic extraction tool name of cadence

What is the tools' name in Cadence Virtuoso for DRC, ERC and LVS. I think those are specific tools embedded into Virtuoso. As for Mentor Graphics, the DRC is ICrules, and LVS is ICtraces.

cadence dracula

embeded one is Diva.
You can also use Dracula

yeah, diva & dracula. another is assura, but it's separated.

At present they are promoting Assura.
Other DRC tools from cadence are Dracula and Diva

Well there are several which can be accessed in Virtuoso layout menus
(1) Diva
(2) Dracula
(3) Assura
Only (1) and (2) comes packaged with IC5033. (3) is in a separate software package and needs to be installed separately. Once (3) is installed and the path variables setup correctly, it can also be accessed via Virtuoso.
For small quick, on the job ie while designing a cell layout or analog parts DRCs and LPEs with diva is nice. Also Diva is interactive and do not need gdsII to exute. For anything larger ie complex digital circuits use Dracula or Assura. Dracula requires a GDSII file so you must export the layout first.
Assura is the replacement for Dracula.
For accurate parasitic extraction and full chip drc the only Cadence tools are Dracula or Assura.
In any case Calibre is still the main DRC tool for sign-off of any design

hi,
embedded tools are diva and dracula.

we can invoke assura fm VLE if we have account of it.

AssuraRF for inductance
