matlab lockout circuit

I have block diagram with ZVS actively clamped RDCL inverter and there are one shoot circuit and lockout circuit. What they are and what in them?
S1 nad S2 are transistors (inverter leg for phase a). Look attach.

one shot lockout circuit

In general:

The lockout prevents turning-on of both transistors by locking out the drive to one while the other is still on.

The one-shot simply gives a short pulse every time the waveform passes through zero. This is used to synchronize the drive to the devices in a multiphase system.

Re: Lockout circuit

Do you have some schematic/datasheets of that kind of circuits?
How to simulate it in Matlab-Simulink or Pspice?
