What is the shape of the signal in between the TWO Phases ? i

In normal supply in india means (Ac 3 phase -1 Common- sinwave ) . .
I know the signal shape and seen in CRO its shape is sinewave with some aplitude .
And i mesuared that voltage using microcontroller . But
my question is that as follows

What is the shape of the signal in between the TWO Phases ? is it real the same sine wave ?
or is it additive or something else ?

Happy easter To All .....

Hi

It should be a sinewave, too.
Becausee adding or subtracting sinwaves of different phase shift --> always gives a sinewave as result.

Agreed - in fact if it wasn't, normal 3-phase distribution networks would not be convertible to single phase live & neutral. The Delta-Y three wire to four wire conversion would not be possible.
