I read some texts on low voltage op-amp design and it
was said that " bipolar transistors have a relatively low
saturation voltages , so decrease the supply voltage
is no t much of an issue " . So the cascode can be
used in bipolar but not MOS op-amps with low
supply voltage .
But , as I think , MOS transistor 's D must be higher
than S a few hundred of mill V , but the C of bipolar
must be higher than E 0.5 V . So my conclusion is
MOS can be used in cascode , but bipolar not .
Am I right ?

Still no one help me ?

you can use MOS and bipolar for cascoding..depends on your interest
