What is the reason to model a wireless channel as rayleigh channel and please if somebody has the complete code i,e transmitter ,rayleigh channel,and reciever so that I can see the effect of rayleigh fading!!
It is because in most real world situations there are several paths that the desired signal can simultaneously take between the transmitter and receiver. This is especially true in urban areas. If you are in open farmland with few trees and buildings this will not be an accurate model. Also if you are direct line of sight with directive antennas this will not be accurate.
