what is the range of the capactiance is normally used in IC?

I would like to know what is the common range used in IC for Sample and hold capactor

any help is appereciated

The size of your caps depend primarily on your required SNR, since in sampled circuits you have kT/C noise. Typical values are about 1pF.

it depends on technology. use KT/C and SNR spec to calculate it.
