hi everybody,

i want to make a layout for a MOSFET and i am using a new version of Mentor graphics IC flow ...
the problem is that i can't find the active layer to make the Diffusion
- is there any other name for it ????
- and what is the MOAT layer is it the active ????
if any on can help me I'll appreciate that
