what is the other existing comparable wireless solution other than WiFi & ANT+?

As title, I always hear about WiFi and ANT+. I am planning to do a wireless solution for my project and I am curious is there any other choice other than WiFi and ANT+? (future expand to internet of things, preferred IPv6 or unique identity.)

Please advice me. :) thank you.
