What is the maximum gain of single stage CS amplifier with passive load? At 180 nm?

What is the maximum gain of single stage CS amplifier with passive load at 180 nm ?

Given Technology = 180nm
Load = Resistor
Used Transistor = NMOS

With nominal voltage for thin oxide devices and quiscent output voltage set to half rail it is around 28 dB
