what is the max voltage of GPIO pin of arm 7 lpc2132 ?

GPIO of arm 7 lpc2132

Can somebody tell me what is the max voltage of GPIO pin of arm 7 lpc2132 ?
My lpc2132 supply voltage is 3.3V but I measured the GPIO pin of P1.16 , for example is 2.2V.
