Can anyone plz explain me what is Max Ratio Combinig and how can we employee it at the destination if we have more than one transmiter. Also tell me how can it be implemente in matlab.

Waiting...

Re: Max Ratio Combinig??

MRC is basically similar to the weighted averaging.

What you do is basically combine signal from different sources (paths/transmitter ... ) after phase correcting them and using channel estimates to weigh each component.

Matlab implementation just follows the above description

Re: Max Ratio Combinig??

can you please explain, how to weight each signal? i mean each signal will be multiplied by its weight and then the whole signals will be added to each other...but i don't know exactly what will the values of the weight depend on?

Re: Max Ratio Combinig??

Can someone has got some paper on it ?
