I hae working in analog Design, the basic question i faced in interviews is what is the major difference in 0.18um and 90nm Technology?

I have done lot of Design in the processes only using Thick oxide gates(ie 3.3V), But the answer is linked with thin oxide Transistors which i did not Get opportunity to work

Can any body answer Please?

Process Difference

Believe me there are huge diffs
almost all good design which work @ 0.18u will not work @ 0.09u, unless you overdesigned too much.
