What is the main difference between GSM network architecture and GSM architecture?

What is the DIfference b/w GSM network ARCHITECTURE and GSM ARCHITECTURE

I think GSM network architechture differs, it emphasized most on 7 OSI layers it utilize, GSM architecture deals with Physical layer only (as in circuitry, signalling, encryption, RACH, AGCH, interfaces, etc)

i think the difference is:
GSM architecture refers to the attriputing of the sysytem as(data type,signal)
