What is the low cost MCU available in India

I need to know the lowest cost MCU available in India which I need to program just to flash an LED accordingly..

Please suggest me an MCU..
I am based in Kolkata.

I need the MCU in bulk of around 100 pcs

I found the same by searching element14.. But 10F series is hardly available here in kolkata. Moreover they are selling 89c51 at lower cost as Rs. 35 - 40..

I just need to write small program, enough to blink an LED.. so any big or small MCU will do... Its just that the cost has to be as low as possible and I need the IC in bulk of around 50 - 100 pcs..

Better if the MCU is supported in any software which uses c compilers... for eg, Avr studio

Electronic Components are very cheap in Bangalore. If you know someone from Bangalore then tell them to buy it for you and send it to you.
