gain dritf of pga/opamp

hi all ..
plz tell me the exact definition of gain drift of opamp r pga ..
if u have any docs pdf and any links plz let me know ..
i want to know more about this and how should i improve it in any circuits.

Gain drift is an temprature dependent. How much the gain will get degrades because of temperature change, expressed in ppm/C
