what is the function of the capacitor Cs ?

Re: cap function

Since Cs is across the input terminals and if the open loop gain is sufficient high (zero voltage between both terminals), Cs will have only minor influence on the main characteristic (low pass).
However, it improves the stability margin as Cs constitutes a kind of external frequency compensation. Try it with circuit simulation.

what do u mean by external frequency compensation? i will simulate it but i don't have enough time now.
thnx

The feedback factor is decreasing at higher frequencies, thus the loop gain is reduced improving the stability margin.
