What the frequency range of the Wimax IEEE 802.16 e/d?

Is it working over 5.8 MHz with NIOS and PTM & Mobile over this frequency?

up to the standard there is two categories :

10 - 66 GHz using SC modulation technique (LOS).
below 10 GHz using OFDM modulation technique (NLOS).

in Saudi Arabia :

the band 3.4-3.6 GHz is used for 802.16 d

and i think there is a band around 2.5 GHz was assigned for 802.16 e
