What is the equivalent circuit of a Via

Perhaps it would be a good idea to tell us what you mean with "Via" ?
 

The equivalent of a via is a pipe...if you ask a mechanical engineer.
The equivalent electrical circuit (at high frequencies) of a single via is a series inductance with a resistor, and a parallel capacitor to the ground.
