Re: COMMUNICATion
Hi All....,
Hey guys let's not flex our muscles over petty issues... we are all here to help each other....Right???
The main disadvantage with digital communication is that it is more susceptible to noise than analog. Let's look at it like this...
we have trasmitted same data through analog as well as digital means... at the analog end in the worst case signal may have been drowned in noise and this is avoidable by suitably designing our communication channels, whereas in no case is the data CORRUPT...!!!
This is the case with digital (and some OFCs Also) communication, where in the channels are prone to "cross-talk". This said...now eventhough you may still have a strong enough signal, but even if one bit is corrupted (and more so when that bit is of CRC etc..) it becomes quite difficult to extract the signal.
