VCO design

Does anybody know about the differential delay cell with saturated load?

VCO design

You must provide us with more information about what a 'saturated load' means in your circuit.

Also I am guessing that this is a ring VCO.
In that case, goto Xplore and type 'ring oscillator'. You will be inundated with about 2000 papers.
