Hello,

I'm pretty new to electronics and hope for your help.

Could somebody please tell me what the difference is between these diodes?

Fairchild 1N4148TA
Fairchild 1N4148_T26A
Fairchild 1N4148_T50R

They cost the same, and I get only one data sheet for all three of them, but there isn't a distinction in the data sheet. Why?

Many thanks
Sansibar

I think the final letters refer to whether it is supplied as a single device or on taped reels of different sizes.

Brian.
