The a syntax differences with some devices. I don't know of a simple document outlining the difference. In general I just run netlists and look at the lines where errors occur and then look up the syntax in the appropriate manuals. You need both Hspice & Pspice manuals - one to understand the original statement, the other to know how to convert it.
