I assume you are talking with respect to opamps
never heard of PSR actually
Can you tell where you find that or provide little more detail?

Power Supply Rejection Ratio:
PSRR(dB) = 20 log (ΔVSUPPLY / ΔVOS)
Power supply rejection:
PSR(V/V) = ΔVOS / ΔVSUPPLY

I do not understand why offset voltage is include in the calculation of PSRR?
