Hello all,

What is the difference between back-end view and front-end view for a std lib?

My guess is wheather I can see the standard cells in layout editor or not. Am I correct?

Thank you,

Newmedia

The frontend view has functionality and timing, the backend view has physical information such as where the poly, contacts, diffusions and metal outputs are and dimension as well.
