Those are the instances info what ever you used in your layout.
you can check the instances by using search option. Thank You.

Did you ever find out what were these instances, in special SDW2?

I have two nmos in my layout, that calibre is grouping in this SDW2, and I think that this may be the cause of the LVS error...
