Which is the channel length modulation parameter in level 49 models of Hspice?
If somebody knows ,please tell me the detail about this important parameter .

the model files that you use for these type of designing generally have all these parameters in the file which can be seen by us.... what software are you using for these simulation... i mean spice or cadence or.......
I think it is difficult to extract this parameter from the SPICE model, this parameter is calculated from other parameters. But u can do simulation to get the exact lamenda for different channel MOSFET.
