Hello,

I need to design an LNA and for my tuned load I will use an inductor parallel with a capacitor.
But the problem is I don't know exactly what is the biggest capacitor I can use.Is it related to my Cox value? What is the cap or even resistor range in cmos technology?

My process is 0.18um and I appreciate your replies,Thanks

Any value. As long as the chip has enough area.

You need check at the process documentation what kind of capacitors and resistors You have, but not expect more than few fF/um^2 and 1.5kOhm/square
