What is the CAE lib disc 3 of Xilinx 4.2i for?

I install the disc 1, 2 and 4, but I have no idea what disc 3 CAE lib for. I just see some java stuff and some .car files that is actually a pkzip file.

Could anyone explain about the use of CAE lib disc?

I think it is used depending on the serial number entered when installing the product. Specifically, I believe it is for the Alliance product. Does anyone have a number to unlock or access the CAE libs?
