I think, at first, you will learn about switching theory. Then, you will study implementation methods such as circuit types, clock strategies, etc.

hi,
can anyone plzzzzz provide the link for givone.....

thanksssss

buy a xilinx fpga and do some experiments, you must get your hands dirty.

Morris mano is good for starters. But there's nothing in it except the basics. Digital design by wackerly is a fantastic book for deeper concepts..

I prefer you study TTL IC's BOOK and try to experiment simple digital circuits with those IC's

digital fundatmentals by floyd is a good start

Malvino and Leatch is best

go for mano............. simple

There is a good book by Samuel Lee whichis my favorite

Mavino and Leach as well as Floyd are good starting points

The best book is Digital Fundamentals
by Thomas L. Floyd.

this book combine between the theortical and the practical, so I prefer that you start learning from this book.

I think Digital design by Moris Mano
or DIGITAL FUNDAMENTALS BY FLOYD....
is good for basic learning
