I have the same question before...

However, I can't find anything except the following program...
- jed2eqn.exe in the OPAL jr 2.1 by National

I guess that this program convert the PAL jed file only...
I converted a GAL jed file, but it was wrong equation..
Recently, I ask Latice for any jedec convert program but they have not...
