I am trying to study the OP.
But I don't know what the best book is for the novice like me?
Your suggestion would be appriciated.
Thanks in advance.

Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits (Fourth Edition) by GRAY, Hurst, Lewis. Meyer

op-amp circuit design (using op-amp) or op-amp design (making op-amp)? These two are different aspects.

i would suggest "Introducton to CMOS Op-amps and comparators" by ROubik Gregorian, this book is same class as Razavi's book

regards,
smart

I want the book for op-amp design:)

Thank you very much!

Smart, Can you attach the book of "Introducton to CMOS Op-amps and comparators" , I can not find it :(

Thank you.

allen's coms integrate ciucuit design

I think you should read the book writed by Razavi

If you want a quick access to it, read Razavi's book.
If you want to learn more details, read Allen and Gray's books. And try to find more materials in IEEE.

Visiti Ti.com,and look for "OP for everyone",the file is very perfect about OP!

This post may give you some clues:

hxxp://

Razavi's book "design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits" chapter 9&10;
allen's book "CMOS Analog Circuit Design"chapter 8&9

Can try out the following

**broken link removed**

''cmos analog circuit design'' allen and holberg

I'd like to recommend Allen's book, and the reason is you can find how to test(in simulation) the opamp's open-loop gain, ICMR, output swing and other parameters.

you can try also opamps by Barna. I think I have the file somewhere in pdf..or you can find it maybe on the site

here is the link

Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits (Fourth Edition) Gray

For opamp simulation: Cmos analog circuit design, Allen

Step by step, just begin with some basic simple amplifiers.first read the book, and then you can do simulation with Hspice.
There are many books about op amp design, you can download it free.

Some opamp examples.
