I would like to know about
what is the application fields of selenium finned typed diode?
where can i get the datasheet of this?
I would like to know the device replacement of H70-25A and V70-25A?
Pup,
Selenium rectifiers date back to the time of Adam and Eve . They consist of disks of iron coated with selenium. Unless you are concerned with preserving the antique value of a piece of vintage equipment, you are probably better off replacing the selenium rectifier stack with a silcon diode bridge. Selenium rectifiers had a high forward resistance, compared with silicon diodes, so you may have to add some series resistance to get equivalent performance. Sarkes-Tarzian was an early manufacturer of selenium rectifiers, but I don't know if they are still in business. You might try Googling on "Antique Radio". There are lots of groups that are into the preservation of antique electronic equipment. They may have some sources.
