What is Purpose of ADC8080 ?

what is purpose of ADC8080 and is it compulsory for interfacing zigbee and 8051 ?

i want to interface 8051 with zigbee please tell me every component that i need :
 

And it has absolutely nothing to do with Zigbee or 8051. It's an ADC as Peter stated and a rather old one by todays standards. If you see it in a schematic, it probably had a different function than interfacing a Zigbee device.

thanks for your reply kindly tell if i introduce diode between (TXD 8051) and (RXD zigbee) would it work properly????

8051 is microcontroller which needs some code inside to work. Maybe your code is not good.

I suggest to post whole circuit, code, and description of problem.

As the name implies it is an ADC.
