I know that embedded system consist of many branchs such as embedded system for networking , embedded DSP etc...
Now I want to know the branch in embedded system that is highly popular in nowadays.
I have a list below__
1. Embedded system for DSP such as Image processing , signal processing etc.
2. Embedded system for Networking such as TCP/IP stack embedded in many networking devices.
3. Embedded OS for general purpose (exist in many electric appliances) -> embedded linux , Windows CE or application of RTOS in embedded devices.
4. Embedded system for automotive.
5. ASIC or FPGA -> build embedded specifically for any embedded system.

I will gather these informations to determine the topic of my Master Degree in Computer Engineering next year ,, and to use these information for select the job after that.
