i want to know about microvia Technology please explain it ??
how it is differ from blind and buried via ???

how to create micro via and please post one example micro via pad.
 

You can create them in padstack and Via stacks. In normal PTH, we will not define the start and end layers, but in Micro vias, you will need to define the Start and end layers.
