never heard of a thing called partial floorplan!! what are u referring to? or can u quote the context?

this was the question asked in nxp interview............. according to wat i collected it is a floorplan which does not have cell row definitions. it can be shared from the main floorplan. didnt make much sense to me. please pass on more info if anyone comes across it.
