Hi All,

In a TSMC cell like AOI221X1 what is meant by drive strength ?
Pl. give me a detailed explanation of the same

Re: drive strength

drive strength means current output ability,

X1's MOSFET: ratio = W/L

X2's MOSFET: ratio = 2 * W/L

X3's MOSFET: ratio = 3 * W/L

X4's MOSFET: ratio = 4 * W/L

best regards
