What is Layer-25 in PADS?

Hello!
I 'm using PADS firstly.
I puzzle the Layer_25 of VIA footprint.I used ORCAD in which there was not the layer-25.
What is Layer-25?
Who may tell me?

can u check the via footprint and mention on which layers is it connecting.
 

it is not an active routing layer.
it is used for keeping board outline.

we used layer 25 for define center of hole (i use pads )
but layer 25 not useful to gerber out
this is used for normal print out

generally we use layer25 for soldermask opening.

Layer 25 is being widely Adopted as a 3D layer.
A single closed 1:1 outline that can be used for 3D modelling.
