Prequistes:
1. Select a technolgy for designing a device.
2.Study the various operation modes in the logic family eg.Cmos.
3. grasp the equations pertaining to the various regions.
4. then theortically construct its transfer characteristics.
5. take a Custom ic tool like cadence virtuso and enjoy.
