Hi everyone,
i know that there are four types of the pin's direction: input output inout internal. But what is internal pin in a standard cell?. And what's the reason to have internal pins?

It can help to model complicated logic function. The common usage is in latch_based integrated_clock_gating cells. See Synopsys Library Compiler UG for examples.
