What's BIFET?

It's kinda structure which consists of both bipolar and cmos. To my best knowledge this concept is raised by the engineers of Jazz.

What's BIFET?

is it the same as BICMOS?
if not,what's the difference?
thanks

What's BIFET?

BiCMOS is used to name the certain process.
But the BiFET is a kind of structure which could be implemented by the BiCMOS process.
