what is better for job RF and Microwave or Embedded

I have done MSc Electronics
and i have interest in both the fields and i am at beginer in both.
so what is better option.

i think salary is not the only factor to decide ur carrier there are some resones to choose a job:
1-Depend on your enviroment and country if you don't want to travel
2-the future of your job
3-gained experince as u r beginner
4- salary
