I dont think there is an analog DFT similar to Digital scan.....
Each one is implementing different kinds of test to verify the analog modules int he design. I am myself working on only mixed signal designs for sometime, so even the test is differ greatly form design to design.
all the digital+custom digital logic will have a scan. Incase of custom digital logic, you need to create an ATPG models for the pattern generation. rest of the Analog blocks will have a separate tests like loop back test (internal & external) and the parametric tests like VOl,VOH.. has to be developed for the analog blocks.
