Generally incase of standard cells "picth" means height of the cell and incase of I/O cells this means width of the cell.
Exitch will be same for all the standard cells belongs to the same library.

manufacturing pitch is the one tells u the resolution of the lithograghic chock.
layout pitch is grid what we maintain .
