what is mirror ? e.g. if the link of the file you want to download is error. you should file the mirror to download.

Mirror file server is server having same file or files as original file server. Just expression for backup server in case you can't reach first one. If first link does not work, you click on "mirror" link for file you want.

Click "helped me" if I did.
