What is a dual gate MOSFET? Why do we need two gates in a MOSFET?

A mosfet with two gates... where both gates control flow of current...!!! Uses are generally in the field of RF... (Mixers , Amplifiers ) etc.. where we bias one gate and give input to the other one. In this way miller effect is reduced .. anyhow have a look : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multigate_device

intel wants to produce next generation cpu with Finfet. finfet is a multi gate device that wrapped by a thin silicon "fin".
