I'm studying Synopsys EDA Tool atm.
I often see a library called cb13fs120_tsmc_max, and what is this library?
How can I find information about these libraries?

Solution
TSMC or Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, is the world's largest chip co. They fab for Intel, Apple Huawei etc in 7 nm and sometimes 5 nm. , while cb13 is 130 nm technology which has very high yields. The challenge is the breakdown voltage for such small gaps.
That seems to be a library for the max corner of TSMC. Either you need to read the document for this library or open the .lib/.v files under this library to find information about this library.
