What happen when two access in same OSPF area?

I am facing from an access router. Sometimes its Fluctuate. Is it happan by link or OSPF configuration?

Say,
Router A is Core OSPF area0,
Router B is Distributor OSPF area 20 &
Router C is OSPF aera 140 is access. But Router
D is connected from Router C as a access & its declear OSPF area 140.

Any one please help me..............
